Magnetoscope

The Magnetoscope has been loaned by Michael Flynn for the Science Festival Atomise Chemistry Event from 9th – 25th April. It is the first time that the Magnetoscope will have been shown in the UK and is a bespoke designed Interactive Ferrofluid Exhibit. This event has been funded by the Scottish Government Expo Fund and is connection with the International Year of Chemistry 2011. The event is based in the exhibition area of the Royal Botanic Gardens Edinburgh who are one of our Major Partners.

The Magnetoscope is a central part of the Interactive Exhibition area of our event which is free of charge. Once our Festival has finished the Atomise event will continue for a further 6 weeks until 5th June when we will deliver exhibition demonstrations and workshops to hundreds of school children across Scotland and continue to exhibit to children and families at the weekends.
